We manufacture auto roll linings, which are of two types - woven roll linings and moulded roll linings. We offer closely woven, semi-rigid woven roll lining in metallic/non-metallic compositions, bonded by high temperature impregnate for enhanced mechanical strength and better anti-fade and wear properties, moulded roll linings have both metallic/non-metallic friction material having random fiber base.

While the moulded roll linings are ideal for medium and light duty applications in industrial drum brakes, band brakes, passenger cars, light trucks besides other commercial vehicles, the woven roll linings are particularly suitable for heavy duty applications like industrial brakes, construction and earth moving cranes, mining equipment, forklifts, containers, elevators, agricultural machinery etc.

We manufacture roll linings in both asbestos and asbestos free material.

Woven Roll Linings
We manufacture closely woven, semi-rigid woven roll lining in metallic/non-metallic compositions, bonded by a high temperature impregnant to give it enhanced mechanical strength and good anti-fade and wear properties. It has high coefficient of friction and is flexible enough to accommodate small changes in radius and to be used as a band lining.

Particularly suitable for high duty applications like industrial brakes, construction and earth moving cranes, mining equipments, forklifts, containers, elevators, agricultural machinery. Transmission brakes, friction dampers, shock absorbers and heavy-duty brakes operating in dry conditions on internal / reverse and external band type applications.

Moulded Roll Linings
We manufacture asbestos and asbestos free moulded roll linings. It is a flexible moulded metallic/non-metallic friction material with a random fiber base. In medium and light duty applications it provides a smooth and powerful braking free judder or brake squeal. Being flexible it is easy to form any radius to accommodate itself on the shoe. It has a wide spectrum of applications and suitable size liners can be cut from it for industrial drum brakes, band brakes, for passenger cars, light trucks and other light and heavy-duty range of commercial vehicles.
